Founded in 2022 by retired Colonel D. Lee Hicks (last stationed at Fort Bragg), DLHGC is a North Carolina-licensed small business with vast knowledge from developing the US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC)’s facilities portfolio – including managing the construction & maintenance of multiple base camps & forward operating bases (FOB) – working closely with the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Wilmington District while serving his country in both CONUS & OCONUS theaters.
